Job summary

RHF (Retirement Housing Foundation) is looking for a diligent Janitor to manage cleaning and maintenance at Crescent Manor and Mesquite Gardens in Mesquite, TX. This full-time role focuses on ensuring cleanliness and safety across facilities, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to a sanitizing work environment. Candidates should have basic knowledge of cleaning processes; experience is preferred but not mandatory. The position offers a pay range of $15.00-$17.00 per hour, with availability for overtime and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, training provided.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift to 25 lbs.
• Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Empty trash cans and ensure waste areas are clean.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain various flooring surfaces through different cleaning methods.
• Report larger maintenance needs to the Building Maintenance team.
