Job summary

Total Facility Care in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking a Janitor Floater for the PM shift. This full-time service worker role travels between client sites in the Fort Collins area, performing cleaning tasks and restocking supplies to keep facilities safe and well-maintained.

The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We offer health, vision, life, and a 401(k) for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Valid Unexpired Drivers License and a Personal Vehicle for Transportation.
• Ability to drive to different client locations in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs (as needed).
• Handle basic cleaning and janitorial work, including but not limited to: emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, wipe downs.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. We Use E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Service different buildings daily, as assigned by your supervisor or admin staff.
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment, including a backpack vacuum.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities as assigned by supervisor.
