Job summary

New Story Schools in Pennsylvania is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to support students ages 5–21 with autism and related challenges. The role focuses on coordinating IEP processes, maintaining records, and ensuring district timelines are met across four campus locations.

You’ll partner with families, school teams, and clinicians to provide accurate documentation, manage reevaluations, attendance, and communication while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and maintaining confidential student records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration with teams.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IEPs, reevaluations, attendance, truancy, and student records.
• Maintain accurate special education documentation and ensure compliance with timelines.
• Communicate with families, school staff, clinicians, and district representatives.
• Support multiple schools by managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive appropriate services.
• Maintain confidential student information and ensure data accuracy.
