Job summary

OSI Group is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR operations across two to three facilities, with a focus on leadership, policy consistency, and strong labor relations. The role requires driving staffing, compliance, and employee relations while partnering with site leadership and corporate HR.

Responsibilities include managing a team, multi-site HR functions, and audits, with travel between facilities as needed. A BA/BS in HR or Business is required, and union experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing and multi-site HR operations is preferred.
• Experience in unionized environments, CBAs, and negotiations is required.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance.
• Proficiency with HR software (UKG) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations across two to three facilities and lead the HR function.
• Provide strategic and tactical HR support, align policies, and partner with leadership.
• Lead recruiting and staffing, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with Form I-9, audits, reporting, and labor regulations.
• Manage investigations, discipline, and employee relations with legal compliance.
