Job summary

Amplify Health is seeking a full‑time Practice Manager to oversee two sites, Amplify Careplex in Raleigh and Amplify Careplex in Holly Springs, NC, ensuring the highest quality of care and efficient operations.

You will lead staff recruitment and training, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate patient flow and records, and drive quality improvement, risk management, and community engagement in partnership with the Regional Practice Administrator.

Qualifications

• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to navigate staff needs and organizational goals.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Practice Operations – oversee daily operations, schedules, templates, and reporting.
• People Management – recruit, train, supervise staff, and conduct performance reviews.
• Patient Care – enhance patient experiences, manage records, and address concerns.
• Leadership – lead quality improvement, risk management, and community engagement.
• Fiscal Management – manage inventory, copays, daily batch processes, and fee schedules.
• Systems Management – oversee EMR and center management systems, ensure consistency of use.
