Bethany Blues Lewes / Downtown Blues, Rehoboth Beach is seeking a Full-Time Hourly Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations across both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach locations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work at both Lewes and Rehoboth locations.
• Availability for lunch and dinner shifts.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead front-of-house staff across both locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns or issues.
• Coordinate and manage daily floor operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for staff and guests.
• Train, develop, and motivate front-of-house team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
