Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Albuquerque, NM. This outpatient role requires a graduate from an accreditted program, active PT license or licensure in process, CPR certification, and the ability to develop and implement a care plan.

Shifts are 8 hours, days, totaling 40 hours per week on a travel contract. Housing and stipends may be offered, with overall duties aligning to the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in the licensure process.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
