Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• EPA Certification and HVAC certifications are required.
• 5–10 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance across all properties.
• Handle work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and safety checks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests via scheduler.
• Update work orders and document services in the online portal.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, professional common areas and exteriors.
• Rotating on-call weekend/evening schedule for emergencies.
