Job summary

McDonald's Corporation and McDonald's USA, LLC is seeking Maintenance Technicians for full-time roles across multiple locations. You will maintain and repair restaurant production and facilities equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and travel between sites as needed. The schedule may include Monday–Friday and some weekends, with overtime as required.

Starting pay ranges from 17 to 24 per hour based on experience, and the company offers health insurance, a 401(k) plan and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical school preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production and facilities equipment including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and controls.
• Perform preventive and planned maintenance as required.
• Travel to multiple locations between sites.
