Job summary

Lanco Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of 10 commercial buildings. This hands-on role requires troubleshooting, repairs, and prioritizing critical needs with minimal supervision.

You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance across multiple properties, ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in commercial construction or property maintenance.
Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs independently.
Experience supporting multiple commercial properties or locations.
Excellent time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day maintenance of 10 commercial properties.
Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance to keep facilities safe and efficient.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and other systems.
Complete general building repairs such as carpentry and door hardware.
Coordinate and monitor contractors when specialized work is needed.
Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance logs.
