Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Emergency Management, Business Continuity & Safety Specialist who supports care sites by advancing preparedness, response, and resilience across dispersed locations, partnering with leaders to ensure readiness for emergencies and continuity of operations.

The role covers emergency management, life safety, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and security; you will train staff, conduct rounds, support AOC command structures, and coordinate incident response

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency management, business continuity, safety, or related field.
• Knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA regulatory standards.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports emergency management programs across sites within the market or area.
• Assists activation and operational support of incident command and AOC structures.
• Conducts rounds to assess preparedness and reinforce standards.
