One to One Health is seeking a Practice Coordinator (LPN) to supervise operations across three onsite employee health clinics in Georgia. The role requires active LPN licensure and hands-on clinical support across locations in Cumming, Coweta, and Atlanta.

The Coordinator will travel regularly between sites, review timesheets, manage staff, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering excellent patient experiences. Strong leadership and EMR proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license in Georgia required.
• Willing to travel regularly among clinic locations (Cumming, Coweta, Atlanta).
• Two years medical office experience; outpatient workflow knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a medical office or outpatient setting a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with basic technology and EMR systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staff scheduling, and supervision across three locations.
• Maintain regular onsite presence at three clinics, visiting each at least weekly.
• Provide hands-on clinical/MA coverage as needed within LPN scope.
• Travel between clinic locations to address staffing and operational needs.
• Review timesheets and ensure accuracy before payroll deadlines.
• Monitor patient throughput, wait times, and satisfaction; drive service improvements.
• Coordinate clinical services, including patient access, scheduling, EMR management, and supply management.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and policy adherence.
• Train and onboard new staff and support facilities maintenance.
