Job summary

Zerocater is seeking a positive, driven Catering Manager to oversee onsite service staff across multiple client sites. You will publish weekly schedules, train employees, place product orders, and visit locations to ensure high service standards.

This role requires leadership, collaboration with sales, and a focus on process improvement. A valid driver’s license and ServeSafe certification are preferred, with salary range of $65k-$70k and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in food service with 2+ years in management.
• Ability to adapt to multiple client locations.
• Experience with process improvement.
• Event planning and coordination experience.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Staff management across multiple locations, hiring and coaching.
• Publish weekly schedules and manage training.
• Oversee ordering based on inventories and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with sales on new accounts and pilots to win business.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance across sites.
