Job summary

Zerocater is seeking a positive Catering Manager to oversee onsite service staff across multiple client sites in Oregon. You will publish weekly schedules, train employees, place product orders based on weekly inventories, and drive process improvements to elevate guest experiences.

You are a motivational leader who builds an inclusive culture, partners with sales on new accounts, supports RFPs and pilots, and ensures food safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within food service with 2+ years of management; managing large teams and/or multi site management.
• Ability to adapt and adjust on the fly as situations change; willingness to work at different locations based on client needs.
• Fluent in G-suite software and comfortable with multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and motivate a team of 15+ across multiple locations; scheduling and training.
• Improve and implement new processes and operating procedures across all locations.
• Prioritize guest experience and enable the team to deliver a positive experience for clients.
• Collaborate with sales to win new accounts and grow existing customers; assist in RFPs and pilots.
• Oversee food service quality and compliance with health regulations.
