Job summary

Kerry is seeking an Asset Reliability Manager for its Evansville, Indiana plant to improve asset reliability across the Coatings and Proteins network. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and requires 50-75% travel within the USA.

You will drive maintenance strategies and collaborate with multiple sites to raise reliability and performance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in maintenance and reliability, hands-on CMMS/SAP experience, and strong planning and leadership skills.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering.
Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
Food, consumer goods, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
Comfortable working on the factory floor and as part of a decentralized regional team.
Experience with packaging and palletizing preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead improvements in asset reliability across a network of plants supporting Coatings and Proteins businesses.
Drive maintenance KPIs – equipment downtime, PM, urgent work, etc.
Develop, optimize and implement PM programs, spare parts management, stock room management.
Collaborate with sites to define asset criticality and reliability maintenance strategies.
Lead and support analysis of equipment failures using RCA and DMAIC.
Support site capability building with assessment and training of maintenance staff.
