Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, drawings, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with math.
• Comfortable using hand tools, barcode scanners, and inspection equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically capable of repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble circuit boards, components, and subassemblies with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to uphold product quality standards.
• Operate production and inspection tools and equipment efficiently.
• Record production data and quality metrics in manufacturing systems.
• Handle, label, and manage materials and assemblies throughout production.
• Monitor and replenish inventory to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Support team by performing additional duties to meet production goals.
