TOPS Staffing, LLC in Saxonburg, PA is hiring for production labor positions across multiple departments. Shifts are 1st and 2nd with a weekly rotation and a $1.00 shift differential on 2nd shift.

Candidates must be able to work overtime on weekends and Monday–Friday schedule. Prior manufacturing or forklift experience is a plus but not required.

The roles involve using basic tools, following work instructions, measuring parts, and performing basic quality checks.

Qualifications

• Must follow work instructions and to keep accurate records as required.
• Must have the ability to measure small parts for long periods, perform AQL, and keep records.
• Must be able to unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales.
• Must be able to perform visual quality checks.

$19.44hr-$22.21hr(based on prior experience)

Shift

1st & 2nd (rotating weekly) $1.00 shift differential when on 2nd shift

• All candidates must be able torotate between 1st and 2nd shifts. (Some higher paidpositions rotate weekly; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)


• Must be able to work over-time as required.


• Mostly Monday-Friday with over-time on the weekends, when necessary.
