The role requires a proven leader who builds high‑performing teams, partners with sales, manages budgets, and advances audience growth and community impact across TV, digital and streaming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, business or related field; 7–10 years leading teams in media.
• Proven track record of driving revenue, audience growth and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience leading across multiple functions and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall strategy and performance of both stations and markets across platforms.
• Develops and executes strategies to grow revenue, audiences and profitability.
• Provides strategic leadership for content operations and quality journalism.
• Leads multiplatform strategy to expand reach and engagement.
• Partners with sales leadership to drive advertiser solutions.
• Manages annual budgets and forecasts with accountability.
• Builds and leads leadership teams with clear expectations.
