Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Multinational Service Consultant (Property) for our Multinational Operations Team. This role supports complex accounts from onboarding through delivery, coordinating with underwriting and other partners to ensure service levels and quality.

The position may be based in New York or California offices. You will develop and implement service plans, respond to issues, and contribute to marketing materials and service scorecards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in Service Delivery.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and at least 6 years of experience in Service Delivery.
• Knowledge of domestic and multinational regulatory requirements and multinational manuscript wording.
• Knowledge of the business environment, finance, economics, reinsurance, and fronting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Multinational Program servicing end-to-end for complex accounts and serve as the point of contact for customer onboarding.
• Respond to customer service issues and coordinate with the appropriate business partner for resolution.
• Create and implement the agreed service plan, including SLA, and monitor ongoing delivery.
• Participate in projects supporting business development, including marketing materials and scorecards.
• Handle requests from underwriting by reviewing service-plan requests and implementing solutions.
• Maintain contact with prospects/customers to resolve complex problems.
• Evaluate loss potential due to catastrophe, severity, and/or frequency.
• Rate policies and verify previously rated policies have been done correctly.
• Assist in developing rates.
• Coordinate data entry to the third-party vendor and perform quality checks.

Job description

Zurich is currently looking for a Multinational Service Consultant (Property) for our Multinational Operations Team in the New York Office. We are also open to hiring talent at one of our California based offices.

As a member of Zurich's Multinational Operations Team, you will have the opportunity to fully apply and hone your communication and analytical skills. You will consult with account teams to ensure the successful delivery of the Multinational Program servicing complex accounts, including customer service requirements, service proposition, and handling various service delivery issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Multinational Program servicing end‑to‑end for complex accounts and serve as the point of contact for customer onboarding, including input into the development of customer‑specific, value‑added services for existing and new customers.
• Respond to customer service issues and coordinate with the appropriate business partner for resolution (e.g., claims adjusters, underwriters).
• Create and implement the agreed service plan, including documented Service Level Agreement (SLA), and monitor ongoing delivery of services.
• Participate in projects that support the business development process, including the development of marketing materials, demos, presentations, service scorecards, handbooks, and manuals.
• Handle specific requests from underwriting by reviewing service‑plan requests, determining feasibility, and implementing customer‑focused solutions.
• Maintain contact with prospects and/or customers to resolve complex problems.
• Evaluate loss potential due to catastrophe, severity, and/or frequency.
• Rate policies and verify that previously rated policies have been done correctly.
• Assist in developing rates.
• Coordinate data entry submitted to the third‑party vendor and perform quality checks before sending information to the network.
• Business travel as required, up to 5%.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in Service Delivery, or
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and at least 6 years of experience in Service Delivery,
• Knowledge of domestic and multinational regulatory requirements and multinational manuscript wording.
• Knowledge of the business environment, finance, economics, reinsurance, and fronting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Commercial Energy & Marine insurance.
• Experience with captive and reinsurance programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multilingual.

• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical planning skills with the ability to effectively manage changing priorities.

Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation and you may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. The proposed salary range for this position is $65,900.00 - $107,900.00, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
