Job summary

The Elliot in Londonderry, NH is seeking a skilled radiography/CT technologist to join our imaging team. You will perform radiographic and CT procedures, optimize image quality, and ensure patient safety under established protocols.

We require ARRT certifications and BMIRT credentials, with CT ARRT within 24 months. This position includes a weekend shift schedule and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited educational program in radiography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine technology.
• Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Certification required.
• ARRT (CT) certification required within 24 months of hire.
• ARRT (Rad Tech) certification required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a working knowledge of all radiographic and CT Scan equipment within the department.
• Prepares and positions patient for CT and X-Ray procedures according to the procedure manual.
• Adjusts technical factors in proportion to patient and body part being examined while minimizing radiation.
• Prepares and/or administers contrast media, i.e., orally, IV, rectally.
• Checks patient charts for lab results and allergies prior to the administration of IV contrast.
• Provides radiation protection to patient, staff and self according to prescribed safety standards.
