Job summary

The Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures and assist with interventional procedures in a fast-paced radiology department. You will position patients, perform venipuncture, and ensure radiation protection per safety standards while supporting 24/7 radiologist readouts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited educational program in radiography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine technology.
• Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Certification Required
• ARRT (CT) certification, Required
• ARRT eligible candidates will be considered with certification obtained within 12 months of hire
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment

Responsibilities

• Performs computed tomography procedures and related techniques as outlined by ASRT
• Performs venipuncture
• Prepares and positions patient for CT procedures according to the CT procedure manual
• Provides radiation protection to patient, staff, and self according to safety standards
• Records patient history, exam details, room number, and technique

Education

Accredited educational program in radiography, radiation therapy, or nuclear medicine technology

ARRT (CT) Certification

ARRT eligibility with certification within 12 months of hire
