Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health Lakeway is seeking a Multimodality Technologist to perform imaging across CT, MR, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology protocols. The role supports ambulatory and hospital patients under physician guidance, focusing on quality imaging and patient safety.

The candidate should have an accredited radiologic program background with MRT certification and minimal prior experience in multimodality settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Less than 1 year of experience in radiology or multimodality imaging.
• Certification/licensure as Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT) and PET imaging credential if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality multimodality imaging procedures (CT, MR, Nuc Med, IR) per exam protocol.
• Maintains knowledge of radiation dose reference levels and monitoring; takes action when limits are exceeded.
• Prepares patients and area for procedures; positions patients and selects appropriate exposure factors; uses sterile techniques where needed.
