Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Multimodality Technologist for Round Rock/CT and X-ray modalities. The role involves performing imaging across two or more modalities under radiologist supervision, with emphasis on CT, MR, Nuc Med or IR. 25% focus on advanced areas.

Works with ambulatory and hospital patients to aid diagnosis. The position requires graduation from an accredited program and an MRT license (or eligibility).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiology program.
• Very small amount of prior imaging experience desired (≤1 year).
• Current MRT licensure or eligible to obtain in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality multimodality procedures per exam protocol.
• Explain procedures and ease patient anxiety using clear communication.
• Operate safely, maintain radiation dose awareness, and follow policies.
• Prepare patient and room; position, drape, and set exposure factors as needed.
• Maintain equipment and report issues to the department.
