Job summary

New Braunfels Chamber is seeking a Multi-Modality Technologist to operate in two or more imaging modalities within the Imaging Department. The role requires independent judgment, rotating across modalities, and coordinating procedures to ensure high standards of patient care and data integrity in PACS.

Responsibilities include performing complex diagnostic procedures, ensuring room readiness, and maintaining accurate billing and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a medical setting required.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Excellent customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic procedures in more than one modality using state-of-the-art imaging equipment.
• Rotates within departments and clinics for proper coverage as needed.
• Program computer after procedures to ensure exam data is stored in PACS.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and compliant with Infection Control standards.
• Coordinate and prioritize procedures to maintain high patient care and continuity.
• Maintain accurate billing codes and documentation.
