Snipebridge is seeking a Transportation Engineer to plan and design roadway, corridor, intersection, transit, and multimodal improvements from analysis through construction. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Civil or Transportation Engineering, 5+ years in transportation engineering, and an EIT.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering required.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years of transportation engineering, roadway design, or traffic engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and client communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform transportation, traffic, roadway, intersection, safety, and multimodal analysis and design.
• Prepare calculations, models, reports, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
• Develop alignments, profiles, signing, striping, traffic-control, signal, drainage, and accessibility improvements as assigned.
• Evaluate traffic operations, capacity, crash patterns, design alternatives, and performance measures.
• Coordinate with planners, surveyors, utility teams, environmental specialists, agencies, and contractors.
• Support permitting, public meetings, bid-phase services, construction administration, and field observations.
• Manage assigned scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client communication.
• Apply federal, state, and local design criteria and accessibility requirements.
