The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with logistics or supply chain emphasis, 1–2 years of industry experience, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; logistics/supply chain focus preferred.
• 1–2 years of industry experience preferred.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and coordinate with locations per customer requests.
• Monitor shipments and track status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate updates proactively with drivers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, driver logs, and shipment details.
• Coordinate with third parties to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Handle urgent issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize dispatch software to optimize routes and efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and maintain strong relationships.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and management requests.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
