You will collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and medical assistants to support patient care, monitor progress, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Telemedicine may be used when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Initial intake and diagnostic assessments.
• Develops and updates treatment plans with observable goals.
• Provides brief, evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Responsabilités

• Provide a range of psychotherapies in individual and group settings.
• Complete initial intakes and clinical decisions on care.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers.
• Monitor patients via registry and outreach for missed appointments.
• Document clinical interventions and track referrals to specialty care.
