Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current licensure as LPC/LCSW/PsyD/LMFT or eligible.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• CPR/AED certification and willingness to maintain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake and diagnostic assessments for Behavioral Health Program.
• Develop and update age-appropriate treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with psychiatry, case management, and primary care providers.
• Maintain patient registry and follow-up on missed appointments.
• Coordinate care and ensure referrals to specialty services when needed.
