Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Multimedia Technician for a leading utility organization in the San Antonio area. This individual will provide hands‑on support for audio/visual technologies, conferencing systems, desktop hardware, printers, and mobile devices across a dynamic enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting board meetings, corporate events, customer outreach initiatives, and daily end‑user technology needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting iPhones, including device deployment and end-user support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, enrollment, and support.
• Experience setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting audio/visual equipment.
• Knowledge of Teams Rooms, conference rooms, board rooms, and meeting space technology.
• Experience supporting LCD/LED TVs, projectors, microphones, speakers, mixers, and PA systems.
• Experience with multifunction printers, scanners, and plotters.
• Basic PC networking knowledge and familiarity with Windows Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for audio/visual technologies, conferencing systems, desktop hardware, printers, and mobile devices across a dynamic enterprise environment.
• Support board meetings, corporate events, and daily end-user technology needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event technology management.

Duration: 12- month contract (Will likely extend to 2 years)

Schedule: M-F 7-4 or 8-5

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
