The City of Pasadena, TX is seeking a Multimedia Specialist in the Community Relations Department to craft visual content that informs and inspires residents while strengthening the City's brand. You will produce video, photography, motion graphics, and graphics for social media, emergency communications, economic development, and public meetings, collaborating with the Public Information team.

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Multimedia Production, Digital Media, Film, or related field.
• Two to five years of professional multimedia, photography, videography, communications, marketing, journalism, media production, or agency experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Applicants must submit a portfolio illustrating photography, videography, editing, and storytelling across formats.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, shoot, and edit promotional, educational, and documentary videos.
• Capture professional photography of City events, employees, programs, facilities, and projects.
• Create vertical social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts; long-form for YouTube and presentations.
• Design graphics for social media, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and digital signage.
• Develop and coordinate campaigns and content calendars with City departments.
• Assist with emergency communications and live event coverage.
