Duly Health and Care is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to produce high-quality video and photography content that supports marketing, communications, and brand initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a small Creative Marketing team, traveling to locations around the Chicago suburbs to capture engaging content.

The role requires 3–5 years in video production and editing, with strong skills in photography, storytelling, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

This role manages multimedia projects from planning and production through editing and final delivery, with a primary focus on video. As part of a small, collaborative Creative Marketing team, the Multimedia Specialist works closely with graphic design and social media partners and regularly travels to Duly locations throughout the Chicago suburbs to create engaging content that reflects Duly’s values and connects with patients, physicians, and team members.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESLeads video and photography production that supports Duly’s marketing and organizational needs.Plans, captures, and produces high-quality video and photography content for marketing campaigns, service lines, physicians, social media, internal communications, brand storytelling, and other organizational needs.Develops creative briefs, storyboards, shot lists, interview questions, and production plans as needed, working with internal partners to coordinate subjects, locations, and schedules.Operates professional camera, lighting, audio, and other production equipment in a variety of clinical and non-clinical environments.Leads onsite interviews and directs physicians, employees, patients, and other subjects to capture authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned content.Creates engaging multimedia content through video editing and post-production.Edits video content ranging from short-form social media, digital advertising, and internal communications to longer-form brand, physician, patient, and organizational stories.Performs video editing, color correction, audio editing, basic motion graphics, titles, captions, and other post-production functions as needed.Creates multiple versions, lengths, formats, and aspect ratios of content for different audiences, channels, and platforms.Collaborates with the Creative Marketing Manager, Lead Graphic Designer, Social Media team, and other internal partners to develop content that supports business needs, reflects Duly’s values, and aligns with the brand and creative direction.Builds Duly’s multimedia resources and identifies opportunities to create additional value.Proactively captures and builds a library of high-quality photography and video representing Duly physicians, employees, patients, facilities, services, specialties, locations, and communities.Organizes, catalogs, and maintains photo and video assets to ensure they can be easily accessed and reused across the organization.Maintains and properly operates professional multimedia equipment and recommends equipment or resources that improve production quality and efficiency.why Identifies opportunities to capture, repurpose, and extend multimedia content to support additional marketing, communications, and organizational needs.MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDLevel of EducationBachelor’s Degree PreferredYears of ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of professional video production and editing experienceDescribe Type of ExperienceVideo production and editingPhotographyInterview production and subject directionMarketing, advertising, communications, or branded contentMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA)Advanced video production and editing skills, with a strong understanding of the production process from concept through final delivery.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.Strong photography skills, including professional camera operation, composition, lighting, and image editing.Strong understanding of professional audio capture and basic audio mixing.Demonstrated ability to operate professional video, photography, lighting, and audio equipment independently.Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to develop authentic, engaging content that connects with different audiences.Experience creating content for social media, digital advertising, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms.Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to travel regularly to Duly clinical and non-clinical locations throughout the Chicago suburbs.Ability to work independently, problem-solve onsite, and adapt to changing priorities and production environments.Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.WORKING CONDITIONS / TRAVELRegular travel to Duly clinical and non-clinical locations throughout the Chicago suburbs is required.Frequent onsite production work involving transportation, setup, operation, and breakdown of professional multimedia equipment.May require occasional early morning, evening, or event-based production schedules depending on project requirements.Ability to transport and safely handle professional cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment.If you are committed to putting our patients first and helping shape the future of care, you belong at Duly.The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of 79-105K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
