Job summary

MIBOR REALTOR® Association is seeking a Videographer/Photographer to plan, capture, edit, and produce high‑quality visual content that supports communications, marketing, events, and member engagement. You will manage projects from concept through final production, including shoots, lighting, audio, editing, and delivery for digital channels.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of professional experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of professional videography/photography experience.
• Portfolio or work samples showing video, photography, editing, and storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications for photography and video.
• Graphic design experience is a plus.
• Able to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, captures, and edits video and photography for communications and campaigns.
• Captures event photography, portraits, headshots, and B‑roll content.
• Operates and maintains cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edits video and photos with color correction, audio, graphics, and transitions.
• Prepares content for websites, emails, presentations, social media, and YouTube.
• Manages MIBOR’s YouTube channel and digital library.
• Ensures brand consistency across all visual content.
