ARCO/Murray is seeking a creative, business-minded Multimedia Producer to develop and produce photo and video content supporting marketing, sales, recruiting, internal communications, culture, and client initiatives.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end multimedia role shaping creative approach, planning production, editing final assets, and distributing content across channels. The role balances recurring needs with larger projects within the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional experience in multimedia production or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, video production, interviewing, editing, photography, and final output.

Responsabilités

• Develop story concepts, briefs, shot lists, and production plans for marketing, recruiting, and culture content.
• Own multimedia projects from concept to delivery, including planning, filming, editing, quality control, and final delivery.
• Produce video and photography at project sites, offices, events, and other locations.
• Direct interviews to capture authentic stories and edit assets for distribution across channels.
• Prepare content for websites, social media, sales materials, proposals, and internal communications.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communication across concurrent projects.
• Maintain organized media files and build a library of evergreen content.
