Job summary

ARCO/Murray seeks a creative Multimedia Producer to develop and produce photo and video content supporting marketing, sales, recruiting, internal comms, culture, and client initiatives. This hands-on role drives concepts, production planning, filming, editing, and distribution across channels with the Marketing team.

You will manage projects from concept to delivery, shooting on-site, editing with Adobe CC, and delivering polished assets for websites, social, proposals, and internal

Qualifications

Three or more years in multimedia production or related field.
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, video production, interviewing, editing, photography, and final delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop story concepts, briefs, shot lists, and production plans for features, client stories, recruiting content, and marketing priorities.
Own multimedia projects from concept through delivery, including planning, filming, editing, reviews, revisions, and final delivery.
Produce video and photography at sites, offices, events, and other locations; conduct interviews and capture b‑roll, timelapses, and headshots.
