About the Role

Farmville Newsmedia, LLC is looking for high‑achieving sales professionals to join our growing team in the Heart of Virginia. As a Multimedia Marketing Consultant, you will help local businesses grow by selling advertising across our diverse portfolio, including three newspapers, magazines, digital websites, and our full-service marketing agency.

What You’ll Do

• Consultative Selling: Identify local business needs and recommend tailored marketing programs.
• Prospecting: Actively seek out new clients and build lasting professional relationships.
• Hustle: Work in a fast‑paced environment to meet and exceed sales goals.

Who You Are

• A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Adobe Acrobat, and Google Apps.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings: Base salary plus commission. $25k–$50k+ annually (based on performance).
• Growth: Clear path to management for top performers.

• Schedule: M–F, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. though self‑stagers will choose to work extra to maximize their earnings through increased sales.
