Job summary

Tenable seeks a Creative eLearning Developer to design and build interactive training content by blending multimedia design, graphic design, and technical writing. You will own deliverables from storyboard to LMS-ready packaging, including self-created assets.

You’ll author courses with Storyline/Rise 360 or Captivate, package for SCORM/xAPI, and ensure accessibility compliance. This role requires self-directed work with leadership reporting on progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in multimedia/video design and graphic design for training materials.
• Ability to author eLearning content using Storyline/Rise 360 or Captivate.
• Experience packaging courses to SCORM/xAPI and LMS publishing.
• Ability to write scripts and course copy and ensure accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Video editing and audio work to produce final training assets.
• Storyboard translation into infographics and animations.
• Create 2D/3D visuals and course assets.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain brand consistency across deliverables.
• Support eLearning publishing and quality checks.
