Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Multimedia Specialist II to join our Media & Archive Services team in Hollywood, CA. You will lead image asset migration, physical restoration, and safe digital capture of historic media within a digital studio.

Responsibilities include digitizing varied photographic media formats, collaborating with studios and stakeholders, and maintaining strict archival inventory across systems. A Bachelor’s or equivalent credential is preferred.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience in photographic digitization, rich media archiving, or digital studio operations.
Strong technical knowledge of DW platforms across macOS and PC, including the listed software.
Bachelor's Degree or technical certificate in multimedia, film, photojournalism, graphics, or archive management preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely inspect, handle, and digitize a wide variety of photographic media formats with high-resolution capture.
Collaborate daily with studio professionals and stakeholders to deliver high-quality media projects under tight deadlines.
Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with archival standards across file structures and databases.
