Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Imaging Technician to join our Media & Archive Services team. In this role, you will digitize, restore, remediate, and reformat historic visual media within a digital studio environment.
You will maintain project logs, collaborate with Client Services and studio managers, and ensure secure delivery and proper digital archiving. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of hands-on experience with analog/digital formats and tools like Photoshop and Lightroom
Qualifications
- 1–3 years hands-on experience with historic analog/digital media and digital restoration/scanning.
- Experience handling negatives, glass plates, slides, posters, and related formats.
- Familiarity with metadata and archiving processes is required.
Responsibilities
- Digitize, restore, remediate, and reformat historic media while maintaining detailed logs and archival reports.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Studio Managers, and clients to manage information exchange and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with chain-of-custody and secure digital archiving procedures.
