Responsabilidades

• Static Design: design static social graphics, email assets, web banners, ads, and campaign materials.
• Video Editing: edit short-form videos with pacing, captions, transitions, music, and basic sound cleanup.
• Cohesive Creative Sets: build cohesive sets spanning still images and video while maintaining brand standards.
• Versioning & Export: resize, localize, and version assets for channels and placements, and export to specs.
• Workflow & QA: coordinate multiple design and editing tasks, incorporating feedback and pre-delivery QA.

The Opportunity

We are building our priority talent pool for Multimedia Designer opportunities. Produce both static marketing designs and edited video content across brand, social and campaign channels. Candidates should demonstrate meaningful hands‑on skill in both disciplines, not simply familiarity with the software.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Static Design: Design static social graphics, email assets, web banners, ads, and campaign materials.
• Video Editing: Edit short-form videos from supplied footage, including pacing, captions, transitions, music, and basic sound cleanup.
• Cohesive Creative Sets: Build cohesive creative sets spanning still images and video while maintaining brand standards.
• Versioning & Export: Resize, localize, and version assets for channels and placements, and export in the correct specifications.
• Workflow & QA: Coordinate multiple design and editing assignments, incorporating feedback and completing pre-delivery QA.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant multimedia production experience with portfolio examples of both static graphics and edited videos.
• Tools: Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator or Figma plus Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent editing software.
• Creative Fundamentals: Solid foundation in typography, layout, composition, visual storytelling, and editing rhythm.
• Brief to Deliverable: Ability to execute from brief to deliverable across different brands and content formats.
• Organization & Detail: Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Bonus Points if:

• Basic After Effects motion graphics
• AI-assisted creative production
