Job summary

Moorings Park Communities in Naples, FL, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Videographer to tell our residents' stories through design, photography, and video across print and digital media. This role focuses on creative storytelling within a premium senior living brand.

You will design publications, capture lifestyle content, produce leadership videos, and develop visual content for social media and internal communications while collaborating with writers and leaders to elevate our brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Film/Video Production, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in graphic design, videography, and multimedia content production across print and digital channels.
• Strong portfolio and video reel demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, technical proficiency, and polished execution across design, photography, and video formats.
• Experience interpreting creative direction and delivering concepts from idea through production with independence.

Responsibilities

• Design publications, newsletters, presentations, brochures, signage, and digital communications.
• Photograph residents, events, lifestyle experiences, architecture, and milestones.
• Produce and edit video content including resident stories, leadership messages, and social media content.
• Collaborate with writers, leaders, and partners to develop visual storytelling concepts.
• Create content for social, email, websites, presentations, and internal communications.
• Help manage and grow photography and video asset library.
• Use Generative AI and emerging tools to improve efficiency and expand creative possibilities.
