Job summary

Moorings Park Communities is seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Videographer to join our Communications Department in Naples, FL. You will craft stories through design, photography, video, and multimedia content that highlights residents, leadership, and the brand.

You will produce publications, shoot on-site photography, and edit videos for social media, internal communications, and executive presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to tell compelling narratives.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of graphic design and video production experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and storytelling ability.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Photography and videography experience.
• Strong visual judgment and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience creating content for both digital and print channels.

Responsibilities

• Design publications, newsletters, presentations, brochures, signage, and digital communications.
• Photograph residents, events, lifestyle experiences, architecture, and milestones.
• Produce and edit compelling video content, including resident stories and leadership messages.
• Collaborate with writers and leaders to develop visual storytelling concepts.
• Create content for social media, email, websites, presentations, and internal communications.
• Help manage and grow our photography and video asset library.
• Use Generative AI and emerging creative tools to improve efficiency and expand possibilities.
