Job summary

You will collaborate with the Lead Graphic Designer and Creative Director, capture and edit media on weekends, and help maintain branding consistency across all materials. This full-time, in-office position offers growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
• Ability to capture high-quality photo and video with DSLR/mirrorless cameras or smartphones.
• Familiarity with social media formats and platform best practices.
• Portfolio of design work and social content samples.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Lead Graphic Designer to create visuals for ministry events and church initiatives.
• Support the annual communications plan and ensure branding consistency.
• Design social media graphics and short-form videos for platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
• Capture and edit photos and videos at services and events.
• Organize and archive photo/video assets for the Creative Team.
• Adhere to branding guidelines and participate in weekend graphics needs.
• Assist with print collateral when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Creative Director.
