Hourly Pay Rate Range: $55.00 - $75.00 / HR (Depending on experience)

Summary:

We are seeking a creative multimedia designer to join our team at Client. This on-call position involves developing high-quality technical training videos across various platforms, with a focus on post-production work and occasional studio shoots.

Job Duties:

1. Create and edit engaging training videos.
2. Develop 2D and 3D animations to enhance presentations.
3. Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project goals.
4. Apply multimedia design standards, including color theory, typography, and storytelling.
5. Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Unreal Engine.
6. Maintain quality and consistency across platforms.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and technology.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Strong storytelling and technical training content skills.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
4. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Education:

1. Associate degree in multimedia, graphic design, animation, film, or related field.
2. BFA in film preferred.
