Learning Experience Strategist

Remote | Computer Provided

Pay Range: $40–$43/hr

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a healthcare organization to hire a Learning Experience Strategist for a remote, short-term contract opportunity. This role will focus on developing impactful, visually engaging learning experiences that support organizational goals and improve performance across teams.

This contract is expected to last 8–12 weeks, with an anticipated start date in June 2025, with opportunity to convert into a permanent position upon completion of contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify performance needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences in various formats including digital, blended, and live sessions.
• Create high-quality content such as eLearning modules, toolkits, microlearning resources, video scripts, and facilitator guides.
• Apply strong visual design skills to produce polished, brand-consistent materials using tools like Canva, Figma, Articulate, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Use data and learner feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to broader initiatives such as onboarding, leadership development, and employee learning campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Learning Strategy.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating instructional design and visual content development (required).
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.
• Experience conducting learning needs assessments and aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with learning analytics and measuring learning impact.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with Relias LMS, commonly used in the healthcare industry.
• Exposure to agile project management, design thinking, or other iterative design methodologies.
• Background in internal communications, branding, or marketing.
