Work Arrangement: 100% Remote

Type: Contract

Compensation: $31/hr - $36/hr

Global leader in residential real estate franchising and brokerage is seeking a Graphic Designer / Media Designer for a remote, contract opportunity.

As a Production/Graphic Designer, you will be at the heart of THE STUDIO's creative output, responsible for executing creative with precision, speed, and brand excellence. Working closely with the Creative Director and Creative Manager, as well as collaborating with a talented, cross-functional team, you will push the boundaries of production/design while ensuring our brand's sophisticated and forward-thinking identity remains at the forefront.

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in production and graphic design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe CC applications).
  • Experience with HTML coding, motion graphics, and publishing scripting.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for both print and digital media.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Utilize HTML coding, motion graphics, and publishing scripting (data merge, InDesign scripting) to enhance and efficiently execute projects.
  • Prepare final files for production and ensure accuracy and quality.
