Job summary

KBTX-TV/Gray Media is seeking a Creative Services Producer to join our award-winning team in Bryan-College Station, TX. You will shoot, edit, write and conceptualize projects, drive station promotions, and contribute to lifestyle show production.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in production, strong skills with Adobe Creative Cloud, DSLR/Blackmagic cameras, and a solid reel demonstrating creative storytelling and technical prowess.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in the field preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial or broadcast production.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products, Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Experience shooting on DSLR and Blackmagic cameras; lighting techniques.
• Creative writing skills and attention to detail; strong reel required.
• Knowledge of social media production a plus; Part 107 license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept, write, shoot, and edit compelling commercial work for broadcast and digital.
• Assist with promotions and lifestyle show production; support events and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team; manage multiple tasks independently or in a group.
• Deliver high-quality visuals and storytelling aligned with station initiatives.
