Job Summary

KBTX, the CBS affiliate serving the Bryan/College Station market and home of the Texas A&M Aggies, is looking for a driven and consultative Media Executive to join our sales team. Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new advertising clients across the Bryan/College Station market using a relentless hunter mentality, cold calls, warm leads, networking, and everything in between.
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close, managing your pipeline with accuracy in our CRM platform.
• Build and present custom multi-platform marketing campaigns tailored to each client's business goals and budget.
• Serve as a trusted marketing consultant, uncovering your clients' real pain points and solving them with data-driven strategies across TV and digital.
• Develop and grow a book of business through strong relationship management and consistent campaign results.
• Collaborate with our creative teams to bring client campaigns to life.

Qualifications and Requirements
