Job summary

KBTX-TV/Gray Media is seeking a Creative Services Producer to join its award-winning Creative Services Team in Bryan-College Station, TX. This role handles shooting and editing video, writing and concepting projects, and driving station promotions across broadcast and digital platforms.

Duties include concepting, writing, shooting and editing, multi-tasking to meet deadlines, and assisting with events. A strong reel, 2–3 years of production experience, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or equivalent experience in the field preferred.
2 to 3 years of experience in commercial or broadcast production.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products, composition, and design.
Experience shooting on DSLR cameras, Blackmagic cameras, and other video equipment.
Creative writing skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of production lighting techniques.
Knowledge of social media production a plus.
Part 107 license a plus.

Responsibilities

Concepting, writing, shooting, and editing compelling commercial work for broadcast and digital platforms, as well as assisting in promotions and lifestyle show production.
Detail-oriented, self-starter who can multi-task to meet deadlines and work both independently as well as part of a team.
Assist with station-sponsored events.
Other tasks as assigned.
