Job summary

Fort Sill National Bank (FSNB) is seeking a creative Multimedia Associate to join our Marketing team. You will help produce multimedia content across digital and traditional channels, including videos, social graphics, posters, and digital ads to elevate FSNB's brand.

The role requires 1-3 years in multimedia production, print design, and/or digital marketing, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a knack for coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in multimedia production, print design, and/or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create multimedia content across digital and print media (videos, social graphics, posters, pamphlets).
• Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to align content with brand and goals.
• Design and produce print materials (posters, brochures, flyers) communicating FSNB’s services and events.
• Edit video and audio assets for internal use, social media, or campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Support digital marketing initiatives (email, website updates, digital ads).
• Monitor content performance and use data to inform future work.
