Nationwide Inbound Inc. is seeking a creative Multi-Media Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives across multiple business lines. This hands-on role creates graphics, video, web, and digital content following brand guidelines and direction. In‑person role in Freeport, IL.

The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects, learn new tools quickly, and use AI to boost productivity while ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in graphic design, marketing, or content creation preferred.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Experience shooting/editing short-form video and familiarity with WordPress updates.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail; able to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create print and digital graphics based on brand guidelines and direction.
• Design social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, and email visuals.
• Adapt designs for multiple sizes/formats and campaigns.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content (reels, tutorials, promos).
• Assist with content writing/editing for social media, websites, and emails.
• Edit videos with pacing, captions, and branding elements.
• Update WordPress content, images, links, and landing pages.
• Capture photo/video at events and support content development with AI tools.
